Itinerary

Arrival – Sunday

5:30 PM – Check in

6:30 PM – Meet & greet

7:00 PM – Dinner at Packhouse

8:00 PM – Campfire

Day 1 – Monday

8:30 AM – Breakfast at Packhouse

9:30 AM – Meet at Tack Barn to Prepare Horses

10:30 AM – Morning Trail Ride

12:30 PM – Lunch at Off-site location

1:30 PM – Afternoon Trail Ride

5:00 PM – Local Winery’s Wine Tasting with Cheese

6:00 PM – Wagon Ride

7:00 PM – Dinner

8:00 PM – Campfire

Day 2 – Tuesday

8:30 AM – Breakfast at Packhouse

10:30 AM – Morning Trail Ride

12:30 PM – Lunch on the Trail

1:30 PM – Afternoon Trail Ride

4:00 PM – Afternoon Activities (Optional – Fishing or Relaxing by Pond)

6:30 PM – Dinner at Packhouse

8:00 PM – Campfire

Day 3 – Wednesday

8:30 AM – Breakfast at Packhouse

10:30 AM – Morning Trail Ride

NOON  – Lunch at Packhouse

1:30 PM – Massages

5:45 PM – Evening Wagon Ride to Bradshaw Farm for Steak Dinner by Campfire

8:30 PM – Night Wagon Ride back to Shangrila

Day 4 – Thursday

8:30 AM – Breakfast at Packhouse

10:30 AM – Trailer horses to Staunton River Park

11:30 AM – All Day Ride at Staunton River

6:00 PM – Dinner at Packhouse

7:00 PM – Campfire

Check Out – Friday

8:30 AM – Breakfast at Packhouse

10:00 AM – Check-out

Cowgirl Retreat Week Deposit/Cancellation:  To reserve your spot for the Cowgirl Retreat Week, a 50% deposit is required to secure your spot.  Deposit is fully refundable, less a 10% processing fee, with 30 days advance notice.  Cancellations less than 30 days will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Riders should be in good physical condition and free from neck, hip, back problems or any condition that could interfere with balance or ability to mount/dismount with minimal assistance.
